Mrs. Maria de Guzman ventured as a sole proprietor contracting services in garbage collection and outdoor maintenance.

LEADERSHIP WITH EXPERIENCE

Ms. Teresa G. Arguelles, company director since 1974, became the President. Alongside Ms. Maria Elisa G. Santos, the General Manager, the company was led to a steady and consistent growth from strategic planning, execution and wider operations.

NORTHERN REGION EXPANSION

The first branch office was opened at San Fernando City, Pampanga providing janitorial and landscaping services for clients in Pampanga, Ilocos and Baguio.

MOVING SOUTH

The second branch office was opened in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
